I always check the room for bed bugs. This hotel was the first time I found one. I found the bed bug on the pillow. I put it in a tissue inside a cup to show the front desk clerk. She offered to move us to room 317 and we declined. After we left, I checked another website and there was a recent bed bug incident reported in room 317. I wrote a review on the choice website with the same information and they did not publish it.

First let me say I'm a HUGE fan of Comfort Inn it's my go to hotel. Now let me say GROSS to this one, i was shocked and disappointed in this hotel. After cking in we go up to our room and instantly are hit with a funk smell when we opened the door, turn then after a very restless night of sleeping oon a rock hard mattress , ok more awake then sleep we went to breakfast and although it was a decent breakfast the chairs!! Not a single chair was clean they are fabric and so stain or dirty or both I set on the very edge because I didn't want to touch more than absolutely have to.

Very nice and clean rooms. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate. Stopped on a trip and was pleasantly surprised and pleased. Would recommend and will plan to stay again when back through that area.

We stayed here over the 4th of July week. Very nice rooms. Very quiet and safe place to stay. Located close to the interstate with easy on and off access. Braums Ice cream located next door which was also an added plus.

Stayed here one night on a family trip. Check in was quick and easy. Kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast very good with plenty of hot, cold and quick selections like rolls and muffins. Large comfortable room with two large beds, a soda and they brought up a pack n play for our baby when we requested it. Great location off highway close to dining and gas stations. Will stay here again when we return!

Easy to find and close to Hartman Arena in Park City (Went to the ZZ Top concert). Just hop on the interstate. Our room was HUGE. Can't imagine what a suite would be like. There was some remodeling going on and we heard some customers complain. Hey! They are making it better for the next stay. Deal with it !!!!! There was no real inconvenience at all. Breakfast was good and well attended. Front desk personnel was great. Room was clean, and well made up. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Braum's Ice Cream is across the parking lot. Can't find a thing to complain about. Planning on a trip to Wichita next month. Odds are pretty good we will drive the extra miles to stay here.

Hotel has been remodeled recently based on the visit my wife and I experienced. Most things modernized and the decor nicely complimented the location. We stayed for four nights with various rates for each night. Moderately priced but was within the range I felt comfortable with for the stay. Housekeeping was very friendly and accommodating on our first day which was a Sunday for them. Monday was a long day at the Golf Championships and when we returned the room had not been touched by housekeeping not even clean towels which my wife left on the floor. I spoke with the evening manager so we could get new towels and to have the room once-overed the next day. He indicated that he would speak with housekeeping and that he would bring those towels up to our room right away. We checked at the desk after we went to dinner and had to pick up the towels. Housekeeping replaced towels but did not clean the bathroom on Tuesday as evidenced by something in the toilet. Not sure what we should have expected but cleanliness is important for returning customers. This will result in a lower rating that the place may desire but it all adds up, especially in a small town.

Awesome hotel with great bed and pillows. Very clean and nice breakfast. A couple of places to eat next door. Workout room was nice. No elliptical but bike and treadmill/weights. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable. Would stay here again.

We arrived here and was greeted by a very nice young man, Hedeim! Very knowledgeable of the area! It was super clean, fresh smelling, beds were fantastic, and very quiet! The breakfast was fair, nothing fantastic but good! Treadmill, recumbent bike, weights were in the fitness area. The pool is small but super clean. The people at the front desk when very friendly when we left! I would recommend this place to stay!

Room was clean. Bedding was OK; we would have preferred a softer mattress. Bedding was sheet, feather duvet and spread; feather duvet is always too warm so we had to fuss with using spread and adjusting room heat until we were able to achieve a comfortable environment to sleep. Bathtub faucet leaked a steady stream and shower was low flow. Not a deal breaker, but less than ideal. Breakfast was adequate.
