"I honestly have nothing nice to say. My stay was for a week. I got there on a Monday just to be checked in as a no show. The room I was in had two beds and felt like we were sleeping on cots. Was told I would be moved the next day to a different room next door, and they rented out the room I was supposed to be in. Doors that were to remain locked 24 hours a day never closed. This is a safety measure for guests. They say no smoking in the rooms, and the halls smelled like smoke/weed. I finally got moved to a better room on Thursday however I was told I would be contacted when they for sure had a room available for me and that never happened. There were bugs in my initial room and was told pest control would come that day and they never came. As I was leaving, the lady working the desk screamed at me for speaking to “her guests” and that I was banned from the DFW area for taking photos of their facility. Please check your reviews before you book a hotel! No lobby, no breakfast, no pool, and the excuses are rediculous."
