This hotel is just honestly nothing to write home about. I think I paid a little more than I should have for my night stay of around $120, just because the biggest ammenitie I needed was Internet and I was only going to stay in a name brand. Location to Settler's Green is pretty great as I was able to walk over and buy Lindt Chocolate easily at the outlet, and there are a decent amount of dining in the general vicinity. The hotel it's self is just really non-descript and just in-noteworthy. Rooms looked renovated, which was nice, but hallways, exteriors and parking lot all did not have curb appeal. The hotel also does not have elevators in the building I was staying in. Found that odd... During the Summer the pool hallways smelled musty and dingy, just an FYI. Truthfully; if I travel to North Conway again I'll probably just try to book something else, and plan further in advance so I can have nicer accommodations like the Hampton Inn or Marriott.
This was a shopping trip so we looked for a hotel close to the outlets. We were pleasantly surprised with the customer service and the quality of the room. As my wife has back problems the condition of the bed is high on our list on needs. The bed had the perfect firmness needed. The room was clean and well air conditioned. There is no lift to the second floor and the stairs are challenging for some one with mobility problems. The breakfast was included and had lots of options from hot items to cereals and fresh fruit. The front staff were very helpful. We would certainly stay again.
We stayed here the last weekend in July. Hotel room was clean and average size but it was dated. We were located in the Dixville Building which is separate from the main building. This is not a big deal since the main building not a far distance at all. There is no outdoor pool only an indoor pool. This hotel is good for someone just looking for a place to stay with no thrills. It is in a great location to outlets and restaurants if thats what your looking for. We didn't hang out much at the hotel except to sleep so it was perfect for the weekend.
Stayed there for one night, after a big day of motorcycle riding. The place is decent. The hotel in itself, including the lobby and else, is somewhat dated. It could use some major renovation. My room was clean beside a towel that was left hanging on the door. Room is dated with partial renovations. I must say it was clean. Breakfast was on par with similar establishments, no better, no worse. Overall, this place is adequate around 100$ in the busy summer season. Ideally, it should be demolished and something brand new take its place.
Stayed for two nights in July. The rooms are rather small. The only time spent in the hotel was for sleeping as we were out and about all day. It is close to a lot of activities in North Conway which is nice, however there are a lot nicer hotels near by. The continental breakfast area is very small and was way too crowded. If you are looking or a cheap option for sleeping then I would recommend it.
We did a lot of research before booking for our family vacation in North Conway and I am happy to say I am glad we did choose this place. We stayed at the Quality chain for our whole vacation and all properties were great. This hotel was very reasonably priced with others in the area charging a lot more. The location can't be beat. It's right next door to the outlets, and has a couple restaurants you can walk to. We were in North Conway for adventure and not to be in the room so all we needed was a nice bed and clean room and this place delivered. The staff was great, and the breakfast was as well. My kids loved the make yourself waffles. We used the pool which was clean and refreshing. The towels were great quality...so were the linens on bed, and comfy pillows. I would return since it's great value for your $$ the other nearby more expensive options were a waste since we were there to explore and be outside. Don't pass this place up.
We stayed here as 2 adults and 5 children. Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was clean and not overpowering of chemicals. We were very pleased with the location being so close to everything in town. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the area!
Great location! Near everything North Conway has to offer. Kids really enjoyed the pool! The pool was a perfect ending to a busy day of sight seeing. Rooms were very clean and comfortable! Actually the entire property was! Great staff too! We also really appreciated that breakfast was included the following morning... great variety!
Rooms were clean for the most part. Indoor swimming pool wasn't so clean could smell the chlorine a mile away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Location was convenient right next to the outlets and some nice restaurants.
We stayed there for 1 night on our way to bring our son to his summer camp. Last minute reservation as our usual places were fully booked (holiday inn, grand hotel, B&B..). This is an amazing place and very affordable place. The room was perfect and could compete with much higher 'rated' rooms! Special note for breakfast where you can prepare your own waffles!!! Success guaranteed for kids. Special note too for staff and service. It is also just next the outlets. Place to be recommended for sure
