Perfect for a 1 night stop on a road trip.

Only thing I love it wasn’t working

Room was clean. Hotels outside needed work, side doors were left open all night. Had to ask for more towels and toilet paper. House keeping stated they dont like to enter rooms with longer stays. Ac barely worked.

I was here many years ago and had a wonderful stay, I return and it was just as wonderful and we had a hot tub this time! awesome

Good: The beds were comfortable in our room, they had 24 hr. coffee station at the office, food could be purchased at the bar, the pool was clean and they had a sauna; they also allow dogs. Bad: The elevator "ONLY" went up - not down to first floor, the room had some mold on the ceiling tiles, the grounds were strewn with litter, there was alot of noise from the rooms next to ours that went on till 12:45 AM when I decided to finally call the desk to make them aware...found the phone in the room was not connected, used my cell phone to call. No one ever answered. :( Not a good internet connection...kept buffering.

The room was clean and neat. We rented the romantic suite with jacuzzi tub. The water ran hot in our shower and jacuzzi! (A lot of reviews complained of cold water.. this was not the case for us). The hotel was NOT in great condition. There were buckets everywhere for leaks. Like multiple big leaks, not a little drip here and there. The drop-ceiling in the hallways were falling through because they were saturated. The hotel had a musty smell to it most likely because of the leaks. Absolutely NO WIFI IN THE HOTEL ROOMS! We tried hooking up our amazon fire stick only to find out we had ZERO WIFI; there’s only WiFi at the pool area. The pool looked lovely and was very big (there were plenty of kids playing and lots of room, however we did not use the pool). The restaurant that I was hoping to eat at is, only open on weekends. This ultimately had us travel an additional 30 mins or so (which had tolls) to Texas Roadhouse to have a decent dinner. The worst part was the person at the front desk who I believe was the manager. He had an attitude because I paid for the hotel room through orbitz and when my husband went to check us in, he charged my husbands card as well! When my husband told him the room had already been paid for, he had an attitude and told him he will refund the payment but seemed soooo miserable about it. Of course his attitude pissed my husband off and therefore dampened the mood on our mini getaway.. other than that, our room was clean and the AC worked well.

We picked this property for two reasons. Location and price. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Rooms were a little worn but comfortable, clean and housekeeping staff was excellent! Pool was crowded (to our surprise) filled with families. A little noisy and needs some more pool furniture. Weather was terrible so everyone stayed indoors. Overall well worth the money and a return visit.

Location was great. Room was clean and comfy. The windows are creepy. Low lighting, or looks dark.

Hotel is in serious disrepair - tarps over the broken pool roof, large waste bin in the hallway catching water pouring from a broken pipe, lots of signs of leakage. Smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Said it had a pub and a restaurant but neither existed; in fact the handle came off one door when we tried to enter. The lighting in the breakfast area is extremely dim fluorescents - all very ‘70s horror movie. The only positives were that the beds seemed clean and the breakfast was decent, so kudos to the support staff - not the management.

This hotel is so dated it looked practically abandoned. When we arrived, the guy who checked us in joked about having to "kill" the bartender and cook for being late again, handing us a flyer for a local pizza place. There was a dead bug in the toilet and an exposed wire hanging from the roof and dangling outside our window. There was exposed HVAC through holes in the drop ceiling on the ground floor, and the inside of our bathroom door was scratched up from a pet (or a human?!) having supposedly been locked inside and tried to get out (see photo). We decided not to stay, opting instead to cut our trip short by driving home that night instead of the next day. Unless you are desperate to stay in the Poconos for some reason, I have no idea why you would pay money to stay here.

Staff was very nice but hotel was not kept up. Took shower and water was brown, towels were dirty. Just very run down hotel. Couldn't even get a bottle of water in entire hotel. Every vending machine empty, the bar didnt have any or the front desk.

Amazing veiw beautiful pool clean room friendly staff
