Nice, clean, safe hotel. Great location right off the highway.

Close to skiing. The rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. They keep the doors to the utility rooms open for some reason.

Despite the hotel seeming to be very empty with patrons, they put us in a room facing the highway which was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep at night. You would think they could have put us in a room on the opposite side of the hall. Additionally, the pool and jacuzzi was not clean. The water seemed clean but the tiles around the pool & jacuzzi were so dirty, you could see where kids would draw things on the tile through the dirt, like when you can draw on a steamed mirror... only it was grime, not steam. The pool towels were thin and very small, more like a oversized hand towel. Also, there was no body gel or conditioner in the shower dispenser. The heater in the room was very loud when cutting on and off. Some of the staff were not wearing masks.

It was good place to stay but if anyone will like to stay there don’t pick the rooms on the third floor facing the highway you won’t be able to get a good night sleep because of the constant trucks going by.

Only positive comment is the room was clean. We were required to wear a mask in the hotel, except employees are riding elevator & walking halls without masks on. The brown bag breakfast wasn’t very tasty, they had nothing to drink with breakfast except coffee, kids don’t drink coffee! Maid came in room to fill soap dispensers, but left all dirty towels on floor, said she couldn’t take them unless they were placed in hallway. The door lock system broke while we were there. Our keys didn’t work. When I showed up at the front desk will the key issue. They said “our system is broke”. Front desk told me “go find the girl in the blue dress, and she can’t open your door”. Will not be going back!!!

The place is clean and well maintained. Check in is fast and staffs are friendly. Free breakfast is pretty decent. Grab and go include sausage egg muffin, yogurts and your choice of cookie and snacks. The only thing is housekeeping did not clean the room. It's a new practice during pandemic?

Upon arrival. I came at 2 pm they said please come back at 3 pm. Came back at 4 pm they said room was not ready until 6 pm. We check in at 6 pm only to find the filthiest most disgusting room ever. Cleaning people DONT WEAR masks while cleaning. Staff barely wears masks. Cable in TV was down for a couple of days. Barely any fresh towels. This was by far my worst stay ever.

Dirty and stuff very rude except one lady the breakfast attendant

I can say only 2 good things during our stay. First, check-in process was easy. Lady at front desk was pleasant (July 8 night shift). Secondly, our room was clean and spacious for 5 people. Next morning (July 9) comes. Front desk lady not pleasant. Breakfast is located at the front desk- a small rack of cookies, small donuts, cinnamon buns, and oatmeal packets. Coffee is located in a room at the back of front desk. Asked if there’s milk for the oatmeal- NONE! When front desk was asked by my husband what my children can drink, lady suggested “there’s coffee.” I should give my children coffee? There’s no juice either. We understand due to covid, hot food/buffet breakfast isn’t available, but what happened to small boxes of cereals, milk and juices? Lady at front desk checked their fridge - she said all they had was butter. Very disappointing.

Checked in, asked for a late check out and was denied because it was a "busy weekend and the hotel was booked" yet the parking lot wasn't full. So we went upstairs to catch a nap as it had been a long day. We recieved a phone call than a knock on the door another phone call. The door opened, we opened the door and it was a customer. We laid back down a women walked in with red hair. We recieved yet another phone call and than another women saying it was housekeeping knocked on the door saying that we had to come downstairs because we had not been registered. We went down stairs everything was squared away, or so we thought. Immediately after our room was de-keyed so we had to go back once again to the desk to be re-keyed. We left for a few hours and when we returned it appeared as though someone yet again was in the room. We were so busy getting interrupted that we didn't get to enjoy any amenities at this point. We went to bed. All night we heard the conjoining doors complaining of the same service and their various discussions. We were put next to elevators hearing everything. We were than awoke at 9 to a call to the room with the same issues. We went down for it to be handled, and it was that our registration form was organized to a different room. Short of an apology was all that was provided. We showered and headed out over an hour before 11a even came along

Clean, courteous and helpful staff. Very nice value where you can stay with confidence!

The beds were very comfortable. Also wish there was tea for the Keurig, I dont drink coffee.
