Great pool, spa, and gym areas. I appreciated the shuttle to the village. Coffee and waters by the pool were also nice touches. I surprisingly liked the Rose toiletries in the bathroom even though I typically hate any rose scents. It was a musky rose scent and very nice. My biggest complaint is was in regards to the mattress on our bed. It was so soft that you felt like you were going to hit the box springs. Every time someone got out of bed, both people were awake because it was so noisy and shook the entire bed with any movement. The furniture and carpet is starting to show wear. The alarm clock didn’t work in our room. There definitely needs to be more outlets by the bed for charging phones and other electronics.

I stayed for three days at the Whistler Fairmont. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Beautiful room. Would be glad to stay there next time I'm in Whistler.

Hotel is very nice and well kept. The gym and spa area are a welcomed plus (you might as well use it because they charge you for it). $32/day for self park is no bueno.

Service was always perfect. We did not have one staff member who was not overly accommodating

Perfect place for a Whistler/Blackcomb ski vacation - everything you need on-site with great amenities and service throughout.

We stayed here for 1 night (the last night of our trip) since this seemed to be the best hotel in Whistler. While it was an absolutely stunning hotel, compared to the hotels in Whistler Village it was a little far from the action (bars, restaurants, apres, etc.) It was definitely perfect if you are looking for a quiet romantic getaway and want to spend most of your time skiing and relaxing in the hotel. The drinks and food in the lounge were just ok. Save your money and just head out to one of the restaurants/bars in the village for cocktails/apres instead. The hot chocolate at Portobellos is unbelievable!!! Definitely a must do in whistler even if you don't stay at this hotel.

Hotel was a real gem. Price is high, but location and excellent staff were great. Staying here for four days was truly a lovely experience.

location is great. free shuttle service to the village and back. very clean hotel, pools were clean. spa are was clean. eucalyptus steam room was very good.

Even though there wasn't a lot of snow, the man-made packed powder was great! The staff at the Fairmont are so kind and professional...top notch! We look forward to returning next year.

It was wonderful. Staff was amazing! A little far from the village, but made for a nice stroll.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, efficiency, amenities and staff. Close to all outdoor activities, restaurants and shopping. Staff was outstanding. Karla S at reception was a trainee but spent time explaining the property and options (hint- hire her!). Only downside? was the property was almost full. Upside was that everyone was having a great time. Highly recommended.
