The valet parking was absolutely terrible. It took almost 40 minutes just to get my car back. People who arrived after us had already received their cars and left, while we were still waiting. Even after asking multiple times, all we kept hearing was “it’s coming.” Honestly, I don’t understand why I should be paying for valet service like this. I’ve used valet parking many times before, but this was by far the worst experience.

Room was not that clean, some stains in carpet and sofa, and it was dusty everywhere , room smells not that fresh , it used to be great hotel, unfortunately this time not much impressed specially cleanliness is getting worse, fairmont signature smells gone
