No smoking in our unit as it is the strata rule. If we find cigarettes/cigars or marijuana/vaping evidence there will be a $350 fine.
6 people maximum, There will be an additional $50 pp fee if more than 6 people. Sofa pull-out bed is an extra $100 linen fee.
Duraflame or Presto Logs in the fireplace. These are strata rule IF you use wood or any other type of product to burn a fire there will be a $350 fine
