I was dissapointed by the check in and check out . While instructions were given, they could not be executed. The fobs were particularly distressing . At check out , since I had to leave the fobs in the room , I could not go to the basement car park to reach my car. The lift will not go to the basement as I had no fob to activate it . I had to wait for some residents to appear and seek the use of their fob to allow me to get to my car park . Room was average . Unlikely to recommend anyone to stay here .
