The condo was lovely and spacious I just took off one star as there could be more bathroom space for toiletries . I wished they would have provided bathrobes to sit on the balcony to sip coffee. Bathrobes would also be nice for the beautiful pool area. There are 2 hot tubs and one is for adults only .

Great apartment with all conveniences - washing machine and dryer and even washing machine powder. Microwave, toaster, oven.... great kitchen. Wonderful setup with all the rooms and beds. And a lot of space. Nice little balconies and the view as nice even on the second level. Also the staff was fabulous with great tips for dinner and letting us check out a little later and offering the swimming pool and parking until 4pm even after checkout.

I booked a last minute deal. The price was WOW! The room was so amazing I asked the front desk why I had gotten an unexpected upgrade. Turns out... the room with full living room. full kitchen ( full stove , full fridge, microwave, dush washer AND over- under full size clothes washer.. was standard. High ceilings... fire place. Extra warm swimming pool and hot tub.. etc... Big family sized .. free to use gas BBQs on the pool patio area..STANDARD... lower level room option. Jeeeeez..

Hi, I’m a returning customer—we stayed here for a ski trip back in March and had a wonderful experience, which is why I chose to come back. Unfortunately, this stay has been disappointing. The bed was not properly cleaned—there was hair and dirt on the sheets, and the linens appeared not to have been replaced. This is far below the standard I experienced before. I truly regret recommending your property to my friends based on my last visit. While I was considering asking for a discount or compensation, what matters more to me is how this situation will be addressed moving forward. I hope you can take this feedback seriously, as I would love to return in the future if the same high standards are restored.
