The Space:

Soft light filters through the tall evergreens as you step inside, leaving the crisp Whistler air behind for the warmth of timber accents and a wood-burning fireplace. Evenings settle in easily here, with the quiet of winter surrounding you and inviting slow mornings, shared meals, and unhurried time together. After a day in the cold, the glow of the fire and the promise of a soothing soak in the hot tub create a comforting rhythm to return to.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across six bedrooms arranged over three levels, giving everyone room to unwind. Upstairs, the primary bedroom includes a king bed and an ensuite with a step-in shower and double vanity. A second upstairs bedroom offers two twin beds with its own bath featuring a shower-tub combination. On the main level, one bedroom includes a queen bed with an ensuite bath, while another provides a king bed with its own ensuite. A nearby powder room adds convenience. Downstairs, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom share a full bath with a shower-tub combination.



Living spaces

The open-concept main floor is centered around the wood-burning fireplace, where plush seating and expansive windows create a welcoming gathering place after time outdoors. A separate media den offers a quieter spot to relax with a TV or games, while the garage is set up for friendly competition with table tennis, foosball, and darts. High-speed wifi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides the space and tools for home-cooked meals, whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or settling in for a long evening around the table. A breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table seats ten, keeping everyone close as snow drifts softly outside.



Outdoor living

Winter remains present even as you step onto the patio or balcony for fresh mountain air. The BBQ grill is available year-round, and the hot tub on the rear deck offers a welcome retreat after days spent skiing, snowshoeing, or exploring the area. The backyard provides additional open space framed by trees, and lake access is available via a path or dock.



Comforts and practicalities

Washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, heating, an indoor fireplace, and essential bathroom and laundry items support a comfortable stay. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher. A private entrance, free parking garage on the premises, and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival and departure simple. Long term stays are allowed.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patios and balconies. A private hot tub is available for your exclusive use. A double garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Nicklaus North is a prestigious neighborhood located on the southern edge of Green Lake, just a 5-minute drive from Whistler Village. Centered around the renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the area offers stunning lake and mountain views year-round. With a peaceful, residential feel and close proximity to Whistler’s amenities, Nicklaus North is ideal for guests seeking scenic beauty and quiet luxury.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
