Very old well maintained clean hotel right on the sea front. Easy walking distance to all the amenities. Staff really nice, nothing was too much trouble. Dog was spoilt and loved his stay. Would stop again

The location was great The breakfast wasn't that good. . The staff were brilliant . Especially Charlie who took the time to help me look for my keys. The guy who did the bingo and entertainment was great. Infection all the staff were very happy.

On site parking was available for £10 which saves hassle. The hotel is easy to find and is right on the sea front. The staff were friendly and helpful on arrival. They had already upgraded my son and I to a triple bed room with a bathroom. The room was clean and well decorated. The bar was nice and the restaurant very good with wide selection and tasty food. Great value stay by the beach or for visiting the Tank Museum and local attractions.

Jubilee Hotel review Very small room for two people with very limited storage space Tables in the breakfast restaurant area not cleaned. Sticky. No table service for dinner. Bathroom good but hand soap over sink did not work until we asked about it. Hard to alter shower temp - control is very stiff. No space for toilet bags really No desk/surface in room Shelf for kettle too narrow for kettle to be safely used in place. Danger of tipping over when full of hot water. Beds not comfortable at all. Bottom sheet constantly came away from mattress. Parking on site was not available. The Swannery Car Park was a good alternative.

We had stayed previously and this time upgraded to a Silver Seaview Room. While small, it was perfect for our stay and the beds are really comfortable. Huge window allowed in the morning sunrise and have a perfect view of the seafront. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and this hotel is dog friendly which is a bonus for us as it means we can take our two with us. There are several options for parking, either on site (£10 and you hand in your keys) or free permit parking for large off-site car parking about a 10-15 minute walk.

First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty. The staff were friendly and within a few minutes I was settled in my upgraded room with a sea view. The room was comfortable with the tea and coffee usual suspects and a very good shower. This hotel is very well situated being a five to ten minutes walk from the shops and one minute walk from the beach. I will definitely recommend for a short stay.
