Room, cold when I arrived, tried to change the temperature and it kept blowing cold. ask the front desk to move me and they immediately responded and put me in a new room. The new room was at 21 degrees, which was good. tried to add heat and the thermostat wouldn't respond, the air conditioning turned on when selected however the heat wouldn't. Staff are always good, rooms not so.

They require a $250 security deposit on all rooms. This means a room that I was expecting to pay $160 ended up costing about $420. The security deposit will apparently be credited back to me in five or 10 business days. This seems a little excessive.
