The room was clean, simple, adequate, but not enough outlets for medical devices and accessories. The outdoor seating area around the BBQ was nice but small. We had a king room on the ground floor next to the main road.

Very good, but overpriced!

Way overpriced for offseason. Totaled $313 per night after discount. Strengths: hot water, good A/C, comfortable bed, convenient parking, room clean up every day, free guest laundry Weaknesses: no breakfast, no pool, no luggage cart, not handicap accessible, poor noise dampening, drapes were not room darkening.

We ended up booking a room here last minute after a communications issue (my fault) ended up causing our booking at another hotel to get cancelled. Although the cost was a bit higher it ended up in our favor. The room was large and high end, very quiet with easy parking. It was a really nice room! The West Yellowstone location ended up being better than Gardiner for us as it's closer to center of Yellowstone. A couple of things to know: First, no breakfast. We ended up picking up breakfast at Mountain Mama's (they were fantastic). Also, it is on the outskirts of the main section of town - about a 10 minute walk to the center of action which was not a problem for us.

My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. Each day we drove to a different part of Yellowstone Park. We got to see all the immediately accessible parts of the park. The Aspen was convenient, clean, and kept up by a very professional and friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

Totally enjoyed our stay while visiting Yellowstone National Park. Property was very convenient to the shopping and restaurants in town. Area of town was quiet. Only issue was the Wifi was not working at times. Would stay here again.

Customer service was poor. The front desk people were inadequately trained. There was no tv in the room. The hotel cleaning staff cleaned half the room and left a bed unmade. Parking was limited. I wouldnt book again.

The property was very clean and the room I was in was spacious. The laundry room was free, clean, and easy to get to. The building I liked the outer doors to the building secured as well as the room door, which had a deadbolt. Quick drive to shops and access to Yellowstone. When I come back I will book this place again.

Our king bed room at the Aspen was extremely clean and comfortable. The microwave and fridge were highly useful, and we made use of the free laundry facilities (including free soap) and enjoyed the free coffee in the lobby, as well as the outdoor dining area. There were lots of extra little touches included, like a white noise machine and earplugs, which were helpful with the loud truck noise from on US-20, which runs right by the hotel-style rooms. The larger townhomes are further back and would be quieter. The staff were friendly and helpful. We found this to be a perfect place for a 3-night stay and would highly recommend the Aspen to anyone.
