Start your day off sipping your morning coffee on the large front porch while enjoying water views. Enjoy spectacular views from the third floor deck, just off the napping loft. Includes a first floor bedroom. Open concept and well appointed kitchen. Steps from the water, 1/8 mi to Bayview Beach on Lewis Bay, 2 1/2 mi to Kalmus Beach, and 5 mi to both Seagull and Craigville beaches. After a day at the beach, wash off the sand in the outdoor shower.
