The guest house is spacious, bright & conveniently located making it perfect for a family vacation, getaway, long term stays or work. Enjoy the several sandy beaches within a short drive, your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 12 minutes to West Palm Beach Airport (PBI) and downtown, 15 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the Tri-rail train station or Brightline station which can take you all the way down to Miami and Orlando.

This unit has a full bathroom, Master BR has a walk-in closet with a Queen bed, the 2nd BR has 2 twin beds upstairs and downstairs it has the kitchen living room/Dining room with a half bathroom. Large parking space big enough for a boat or trailer.

The neighborhood is very safe, property is fully fenced all around the lot, I had multiple guests that stayed at my Airbnbs in this property, they loved the location as it is close to all places that they wanted to visit.

Beach equipment available on request.

Andre and Nicole were pleasant to work with. The house was spacious, clean and modern. It was a quiet place, which we enjoy. We stayed for 17 days due to visiting family in the area and this VRBO was perfect! I highly recommend staying here if you need a good, quality place, that's quiet and homey.

Perfect location for my business trip

Definitely will use this property again for my business trips. I’m down a few times a year in this area and the location is perfect. The size is perfect. The amenities are perfect great people to work with have everything you need in there and it’s close to the beach great restaurants and shopping.
