House and pool were completely upgraded: New kitchen, New baths, new floors, Pool was resurfaced. Beautiful mature trees, fenced yard ideal for kids, dogs or nature lovers. This property is located in the popular lake community of Lake Clarke Shores, just a few blocks from the lake & public boat ramp and right across one of the canals. LCS has its own Police Department, tennis and basketball courts and very nice playground areas. King size in master bedroom, 2 full beds in second bedroom and family-Florida room has office space for those who need to work from home. One of a kind!
