The quintessential beach house is a single-story home comprising of 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms, living room with a TV, sunroom for relaxing and enjoying the view, kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Ping pong table for fun! The original guest cottage overlooking the beach and ocean was totally redone. The sun filled open living space consists of the kitchen, living room with views and TV. Two bedrooms and full bath on the first level as well as laundry. Dramatic second floor en-suite master with a private deck overlooking the ocean. This home has split unit air unit in both homes for AC. The private beach is large enough for everyone and just for you. Dogs welcome. HOME amenities outdoor shower, beach towels, beach chairs, gas grill, 2 coffee makers, all linens included starter supply of items for stay. Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
