"The room I had, room 104, was nice, clean, and comfortable, the toilet and sinks were nice and clean. The bathtub was the issue. I enjoy long soaks after long hours sitting and standing doing research on my family genealogy, Because I do this, my upper and lower back are extremely full of pain. I can't stand long enough in a shower to get relief, I use the bath tub to relieve it. In this particular room, not only did it look like the fiberglass tub was full of cracks and chips all around the floor of it, there was no plug, to hold the water in the tub, the shower stem to use the shower was up and unable to put down. for water to come out of the spout. Even had I been able to get water out of the spout, I couldn't have a hot bath, with all the fracturing in the bottom of the tub for fear of doing damage to whatever was under the room. This was a 1st floor room, which is what I asked for, but without a usable Tub, I was unable to have either a bath or shower during the time I was there, 6 days. This manipulating the bathtub to make it useless, was not appreciated. For 600 for 6 days total, a person should have been able to have a bath, or a shower. Nora Hegarty"
