Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite (Second Floor):
A spacious, light-filled sanctuary featuring a king bed, queen pull-out sofa, and smart flat-screen TV. Enjoy the comfort of both ceiling and portable fans, ample clothing storage, and a serene atmosphere ideal for rest.

Bedroom 2 – Bunk Room & Workspace (Second Floor):
Perfect for kids or groups, this inviting room offers a twin bunk bed with trundle, lounging area, closet, portable fan, and a convenient workspace—ideal for remote work, virtual school, or creative downtime while still feeling tucked into the cozy forest surroundings.

Bedroom 3 – Main Level Bedroom:
A peaceful first-floor bedroom with a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan, and direct access to the patio/deck, making it a lovely spot to wake up to fresh forest air. A travel pack and pack is included for your little ones for your convenience.

• Plowing & shoveling included at 2”+ of snow.
• During the winter season, snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional storms are common. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please use caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for winter weather.

🐾 Pet-Friendly Stay — Important Guidelines

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs at The White Birch! A pet fee of $100 applies and will be added to your reservation. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please review our pet policy:
• Dogs must be fully house trained and well-behaved.
• No pets on furniture or beds — thank you for helping us maintain a clean and comfortable space for everyone.
• Dogs must be supervised at all times or safely crated when left alone. For your convenience, we provide a large foldable dog crate on-site.
• Please bring your own dog bowls, bed, and any other essentials your pet may need.
• Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
