Great Vacation spot!

It was awesome to be able to walk to the beach with our little onesFront yard is sand which is pretty great for the kids and games.Backyard has a great fire pit (you share with the other side but still worth it!) Outdoor shower- great temperature and water pressureNoise- the walls are thick enough between both sides that you cannot hear anything in the bedrooms which was great because we had an 8 week old baby with usDeck was awesome to have along with the picnic table out backRocking chair with ottoman was awesome to use with the babyWasher/dryerCons:Furniture- the only piece of furniture that was comfortable to sit on was the rocking chair. One of the chairs felt like it was missing a cushion. The beds made a lot of noise which would wake our baby up every time we moved in it. The mattresses felt sunken in and gave us all back aches. This may deter us from renting this spot again. Everything else was great but when you can't sit in the house and be comfortable after a long day at the beach, it kind of stinks!
