Bed was fine but floor so dirty, and it was uncomfortable staying there with kids. Also AC is works well but very loud, so for second night we turn it off and sleep much better. We liked swimming pool ))) Thanks

This is a typical small, local hotel—definitely an older property that shows its age. That said, the room was clean and well taken care of. It came with a mid-sized fridge, but no microwave in the room. There is one available for guests to use at the front desk, along with complimentary coffee. I took off one star mainly because there was no housekeeping during our stay. Maybe we were supposed to request it, but usually, it's the opposite—you opt out if you don’t want it. Still, I’d recommend this place for its affordable price and convenient location.

It was nice. Not too far from the Hyannis Transport station. Besides that it was just okay for the time being. The TV didn’t have no signal even though I was following the directions on the paper.

The carpeted floor was filthy..it looked like it has never been vacuumed. There was construction next door so the swimming pool was covered. The AC filter was clogged with dirt. I don’t know anybody can rate this hotel above zero stars

Room was noticeably cleaned very well prior to arriving. Easy check in. Great location for beaches, shopping, and dinning. Property was dated but it was expected based on posting/other reviews. We would stay again! Perfect for 2 nights.

Floor in my room is kinda sticky, i dont know why. Room is a bit old everything is a bit rusty. Staffs are friendly. When i stayed in the hotel, there is a construction nearby so it is quite noisy during the day. I could not swim because pool is maintained also
