This home is also an EV charger!

This spotless home offers 4 bedrooms (king bed, queen bed, 2 twins, 1 full bed+1 Rollaway Cot); comfortably sleeps 8 or more! This home has 2 full baths, central AC and is located in popular Bass River. Additionally, there is plenty of room for off street parking.

The property located close to the beach, stores, mini-golf, restaurants and more. The property was extremely clean and fully equipped. "A Wave From It All" is a charming well-renovated house with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. This is the best VRBO house any of us have ever stayed at. It had everything we could have possibly needed from usb hubs in every room to any and all kitchen accessories. The decorating of the entire house was first class. The location is perfect and close to everything. We highly recommend!!

great vacation spot

This was our second trip to this property and we were as satisfied this time as our first visit! The fenced in yard provided all of us with activities to entertain all. A small pool for the young ones as well as plenty of room to run and crawl. Cornhole game, a fire pit, and a table large enough to fit us all for meals wer3e perfect for the adults. A great location close to the beach was also very convenient. Would highly recommend!

Great Cape House

We recently stayed at this property for a family New Years weekend. The home is spacious and very clean. The home is also set up perfectly with two bedrooms and a bathroom in one area and another two bedrooms and bathroom in another. As we stayed in the winter we really did not seasonally enjoy the backyard, however the backyard has an outdoor shower, is very spacious and private with an outdoor shower . The owner was very assessable during our whole stay. We would recommend and absolutely stay here again.

Amazing house...Amazing Location

This home had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. It was well appointed both inside and out. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and more. Outdoor games, firepits (wood and gas), and plenty of outdoor seating. The fenced in backyard was beautifully landscaped, and was the perfect playground for my two young ( 3 & 1) grandsons. The interior of the house has a great layout with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms(plus an outdoor shower), and was immaculate upon our arrival. The location was perfect. A short walk to Parker River Beach & restaurants. We had a great time, and highly recommend renting this home.
