The Emilia Porch provides the thoughtful access to the hot tub and the lawn, complete with clean beach towels and a towel warmer.

The Peony Room, the master bedroom, includes an elegant private restroom and a dedicated workspace.

The Mickey Room features two queen beds with rustic furniture and high-end mattresses.

The Unicorn Room includes a cozy bunk bed and a couch, with cunningly concealed storage spaces.

The Laundry Room, finished with wood decor, is located in the basement and can be accessed from the Chester Room.

We share with our guests two corporate monthly parking spaces at Chestnut Street Garage, Lot #138, located at 14 E Chestnut St, West Chester, PA 19380. This convenient parking facility is just a 5-minute walk from our house.

Our property is located in a safe community. We accommodate small events for up to 12 people from 7 AM to 10 PM. Respect for our neighbors is essential. Please lower your noise levels after 10 PM.

Before booking your stay, please note that smoking and vaping on the premises is strictly prohibited. A deep cleaning fee of $1,000 will be charged for any violations of this rule.
