"The pool area had parts of the ceiling falling apart. The pool deck area had epoxied pebbles that probably looked awesome when installed but it is starting to break apart and the little pebble hurt your feet when you step on a stray one.
The staff was friendly. They seemed a bit short staffed in the mornings. Coffee and food were running out. Seems difficult to have a balanced staff and keep up on the morning breakfast rush. "
