When you stay at this property, picture this...slide open the glass doors to the amazing 2nd-floor deck and lounge on a beach chair overlooking the blue Atlantic Ocean. Full kitchen, King, Queen, Full and a Daybed make up the 3 bedrooms, as well as 1 FULL bath and a 3/4 bath (shower), as well! Ceiling fans, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Porch, Deck, Balcony...just the perfect beach spot for your 2018 trip to Maine!

Check out W007, which is the other 2-bedroom condo located in this building on the 1st floor, which sleeps 6, for those extended family members you would love to have joined you this year!

Beautiful location, incredible view of Wells beachoutside grill was greatplenty of parking!couches and beds comfortable Management was very responsiveOnly complaint is kitchen dishes and pots and pans have not been updated ---misshmash of old and new making cooking a little more challenging (though everything we needed was there, just sometimes a bit hard to find!).

Condo on the Beach

The views from this upstairs condo are perfect! The beach and ocean are just steps away. The main room is a wall of 3 sliding doors which bring in lots of natural light. The pictures are very accurate, and you can tell the condo could use some updating: newer mattresses & pillows would be nice. It would also be nice if sheets & towels were included in the cost. We were traveling from Indiana and didn't have room for those, but my brother and his family drove up from NH and brought those along. We had to reach out several times about the key pad not working but had quick responses each time. Also the key that was left(in case the key pad didn't work) did not fit in the door. I'm sure this is something that was addressed after our visit last week. Overall there was plenty of space for a family, great location right on the ocean, and great communication with the operator of the condo. I only gave 4 stars because of the outdated furniture and mattresses, otherwise it would have been 5 stars from me.

Great location, spacious house

Our family had a great time, house was right on the ocean like the description said - beautiful views, very spacious house. We walked the beach everyday - beach was clean and sandy (not rocky like some beaches). I do wish in the vrbo listing it would have said linens not provided - I booked it assuming they were included because it didnt say in the listing they weren't. About two weeks before we were leaving my husband asked me so I sent a message to the property management company to ask if they provided them and they promptly replied to me that they do not. We flew so I had to pack a suitcase just for linens for the family that was very inconvenient and cost extra money to pack sheets, towels and blankets for 3 beds. I think for the cost of the house, linens should have been included. The house was nice, a few updates could be done to make it more updated but we enjoyed our stay. I was pleased with the quick responses of the management company.
