Stunning Beach House with an in-ground pool!

Welcome to Ocean Ave! This stunning home sits on Moody Point in Wells and overlooks the Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and salt water marsh. Just a quick 10 minute walk to Crescent Beach or Moody Beach. It is recently updated with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. It can comfortably sleep 15 people. It features a heated inground pool, basketball court, fun games in the walk out basement, and so much more! The first floor offers a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sunroom that over looks the pool, bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath. The second floor has the master bedroom (King bed) with a balcony overlooking the pool with slight water views, a bedroom with 1 queen bed, and a bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 full size beds) and a twin bed. Walk downstairs to the finished walkout basement to find a ping pong table, plenty of board games, couch/tv area, and wet bar area. Please note that this property has air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms as well as the first floor living space. This property has all you need to enjoy a vacation on Maine's coast! All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! Maximum of 4 parking spaces. No parking allowed in the garage. Provided are 4 adult bikes and tire pump. Please bring your own helmets. There is a public beach with lifeguard and parking 1/2 mile away. The Wells trolley, located 1 block away, runs on a regular basis (kids ride free!). Easy access to all southern Maine coast, including Ogunquit & Kennebunkport. Pool Info: The pool is heated via a roof top solar array and a salt system is used for the water purification. Pool toys are available onsite. The pool will be open Memorial Day weekend for the 2026 season!

Great house - better in life than the photos. Incredible location, great space, and the team was really responsive and helpful. The porch / pool / yard scene was ideal! Would book this house again a heartbeat.

Ladies Weekend

Our party of 12 enjoyed our stay at Oceans 5! The property was clean and well maintained, with linens and towels provided for each bed. The house was stocked as indicated with a starter pack of necessities - paper towels, bath tissue, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, etc. The area was quiet and residential, close to the beach, and in a great location for trips to Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, etc. The pool was very nice, albeit a bit cloudy from having just been opened. The pool maintenance technician did stop by to check levels, etc., which was unexpected but appreciated. Communication with the property manager was easy and consistent.
