Enjoy the best of Wellfleet from this updated 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage located in the sought-after Wellfleeter Condominium complex at the end of Mayo Beach. Just steps from your door, a private staircase leads down to 400 feet of sandy beach reserved for association guests—perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or simply relaxing by the bay.

Inside, the cottage features a bright kitchen and dining area, a cozy living room with a 30" TV, and two bedrooms—one with a double bed, the other with two twins—sharing a full bathroom with a shower stall. The space is ideal for a couple or small family looking to enjoy the Cape’s natural beauty with the comforts of home. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, lobster pot, and all essential cookware. The cottage also includes WiFi, cable TV, a DVD player, gas grill, and standard fans to keep cool.

From this waterfront location, you’re just a short walk to the town tennis courts, playground, Wellfleet Harbor, waterfront restaurants, and about 10 minutes on foot to the town center. Whether you're enjoying low tide adventures or sunset strolls, the location is hard to beat.

3-night minimum stays are available with an added cleaning fee. Guests booking 7 or more consecutive nights can save by skipping the cleaning fee. *Please note that beginning 9/22/25, work is scheduled to begin on the seawall. Crews will be working around the tide and weather Monday-Friday from 8-4*
