Amazing property, come play and relax with the whole family on the lake year round. Big house, lots of stuff inside and out. Kayaks, dock and diving board in the summer and close to Pats Peak and ice skating on the lake in the winter! Family friendly house and water access.

This home boasts an open concept living with large windows & doors to take in all the beauty of the lake & pines from every angle. Light flows into this space, giving you a sense or rest & relaxation! Each room has plenty of space for sleeping, reading or just playing a game with each other. The grassy backyard leads off the patio from basement to the firepit w/seating. A private dock below with a 180 View of the Lake.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed, and more. Clean, comfortable rooms, well equiped, and plenty of room to spread out. The lake setting is gorgeous and the ou to door, lakeside landscaping was beautiful. We would all (7of us) reccomend it highly

This lakehouse is exactly what the listing says AND more. It’s quiet and gorgeous outside. The house is clean in more than a tolerable way that most house sharing houses are. It’s CLEAN! It has everything you need to have an amazing time with your family. All the kitchen items are there. The chairs and beds are comfortable. There’s amazing TV and apps for family movie night and a solo stove to roast marshmallows for s’mores. Which we did every night. It’s the most peaceful lakehouse I’ve been to both day and night. Sitting by the dock listening to the sounds and taking in the giant sky at night became a more popular activity than tablets or games for my entire family. Do yourself a favor and get away to Lake Horace while still being within 1-1.5 hours from Boston, Concord and Portsmouth. My kids asked us three days in if we could make this our Summer tradition. We’ll be back again for sure!!!

Beautiful house and location

Beautiful, cozy house on a great lake! Best landscaped property on the lake with fishing, canoeing/kayaking, and floating. Can watch the boats go by from bar on the deck - or watch the eagles catch their meal.
