Hot Tub, Game Room & Pond Views + Biltmore Pass | Luxe Mountain Escape

Maybe your idea of paradise includes a fishing pond with a mountain view? Or a fire pit by a winding stream? A huge screened porch with a hot tub? Welcome to Smokies View, a spacious family home that's custom-built for entertaining and unwinding. When you arrive at the Smokies View estate, you're immediately taken by the sprawling lawn and pastures that surround the property, and the quiet solitude of the decent-sized fishing pond. Situated in an established neighborhood with all-paved access, this two-level home provides an ideal space for friendly get-togethers and family reunions. Boasting beautiful furnishings and mountain views from almost every room in the house, this welcoming space invites everyone to feel relaxed with multiple gathering spaces, including a generous living area with a fireplace, a screened porch sitting area off the kitchen, and a separate TV den with enough seating for everyone. Even the garage entrance mudroom and laundry area were set up to help to keep things tidy for an active group. The fully equipped chef's kitchen at Smokies View will inspire you to cook your favorite gourmet meals, or you can take advantage of the high-elevation weather with the gas grill on the back deck. Come together in the bright and cheery dining area and treasure good food and conversations at the family table. One of the notable delights at Smokies View is the care taken to ensure each guest's comfort. The main level bedroom suite offers a spa-like, walk-in shower and an enchanting solarium that's dreamy at night with a sky full of stars. Three bedrooms on the upper level all have a special feature, including a private balcony in one, a window-framed mountain view in the next, and a kid's suite with game tables and a bonus futon. Picturesque in every season, this property offers a spacious, level lawn that's perfect for outdoor activities, with easy access and plenty of parking, thanks to a wide, circular drive with two entrances. Smokies View is ready for your group to arrive! This Asheville vacation rental is located in Waynesville and is approximately 38 minutes from downtown Asheville.
