No grille or open flames per HOA fire insurance policy.
No smoking or vaping in the unit and 100' from buildings on Pajaro Dunes property.

Please use the outdoor shower to rinse sand off of yourself, your beach treasures, dishes, etc. Sand will clog our plumbing. There is also a large "Sand Brush" located at the front door.

Infants/Toddlers/Small Children: We have no safety measures or equipment.

Watch for safety signs on the Dunes & Seawalls.

No guest access to router/wifi closet. Tampering with internet or wifi will result in cancelation without refund. Smart devices effecting our insurance coverage are connected to WiFi.
The condo is heated and features a kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Perfect cozy condo

We really enjoyed our stay at Pelican Point 7! The host was very easy to reach and very helpful. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay again!
