Ocean View Beach House en las dunas de arena en la bahía de Monterey

Esta casa de playa con vista al mar se encuentra en las dunas de arena de la Bahía de Monterey con una vista completa del Océano Pacífico por un lado y el Valle de Pájaro por el otro. The ocean was visible from the deck, master, and living room! Exceptional home! Super clean, all the pots and pans you’ll need, even spices! Washer/dryer, 3 bedrooms with comfy beds! Private beach! Some stairs and walking required - but great exercise! Beautiful community!!! Houses are separated for great privacy! We will definitely be back to this beautiful house!

Love this property- a true beach house. Windows in downstairs bedrooms definitely needed cleaning ; kitchen supplies added and spruced up; but overall a delightful stay.

WE didn't have any contact with the property manager (none required, so I can't comment on that) - the towels and house smelled very musty .. the washer had mold in it .. and suspect that is the reason for the musty smell. I expect some "dampness" from beach living .. but it was more than that. One item to note - the banister rungs for the stairs is not up to code - I could fit my head through and a small child could fit their whole body. We brought a baby gate for the top of the stairs. Aside from that we loved the place - had a fabulous time and would return (bringing our own towels however).

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend's birthday. The house was perfect for cooking together and lounging in the living room and on the deck. The proximity to the beach was the best - just steps away for miles of beach walking. The house was clean and well appointed, and the bedrooms were comfortable. We hope to be back!

Fantastic!

I think this house is the best deal in all of Pajaro Dunes! It was spotless, well appointed, and the bathrooms have been updated, which is really nice in an older beach home. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. And the best part is that it has views of the farms on one side and the ocean on the other. I can’t think the owners enough!

Spring break at the Beach House

It was our third visit to this property. It was perfection! The house is large enough to fit our group of six in comfort. The beds are soft. Every bedroom has a well equipped bathroom. The kitchen has all the tools you need to cook all of your meals. The kids rode bikes in the front. The teens played volleyball in the court. The beach was just steps away from the house. We had a GREAT time!

Eye Opening stay for family members

The house was perfect for our first holiday all in the same house instead of separate hotel rooms, etc. The fact that there was a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus. The house siting and location, although not directly on the beach with no houses in front of it, it as high enough to give a glimpse of the ocean. The sand dune surrounds and separation from the other houses was a big design plus for the house also. The long deck on the ocean view side provided great outdoor space to eat, hangout and photos also.Just about everything required, was provided. Very pleased and would recommend house to anyone.

Family Weekend at the Beach

Perfect set up and location. Our group of 5 adults appreciated the open living area with great ocean view and easy access to the beach. The house has plenty of seating, beds are comfortable, and the deck is nice space to relax.
