Nestled along the Monterey Bay is one of the most scenic stretches of California's central coastline. Spanning 1 1/2 miles of pristine beach, the completely remodeled house is in a secluded, gated community with a collection of beautiful beachfront homes.

Perfect family vacation, Pajaro Dunes is located 4 miles West of Watsonville, and 20 miles South of Santa Cruz which is home of the Beach Boardwalk and Santa Cruz Mountain Redwoods. 20 minutes to Monterey.

We had an incredible time as a family at Uma's property! So many unbelievable views experienced and joyful memories made.The house was incredibly clean and well prepared to receive us. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly want on a vacation, including multiple coffee and tea-making options. The pictures online did not do justice to the beauty of the home and the stunning front seat views of the ocean. So beautiful and peaceful!The beds were comfortable and the showers were hot with great pressure. The house is perfect for a larger family or friends getaway.Uma was very responsive and willing to occomodate our unique family's needs. There was clarity and openness in her communication style.Very much recommend this place and Uma as a host!

Excellent home with brilliant views. Great location and beach on your backyard. Had a wonderful time with family. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This home was exactly as described - amazing. We spent most of our time sitting outside while we watched a group of dolphins, several sea otters & a whale go by. Just delightful. Our group of 12 all enjoyed the ocean view & proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with an abundance of basic needs (dish soap, paper towels, baggies, etc) as well as plenty of bath towels, lotion and even Q-tips! A large shopping center in nearby Watsonville has everything you need. Our family (ages 11-79) spent a day at the Monterey Bay Aquarium & another at the Santa Cruz boardwalk - something for everyone. Our 5 day stay was enjoyed by all. The host, Uma, replied to my questions promptly & was helpful with the inquiries we had. I highly recommend this home if you enjoy spending time right on the ocean.

Amazing stay at Pajaro!

The house is beautiful and very well appointed!! The view from the kitchen table through the family room and the deck is magical. We watched dolphins, seals and even whales all day. We will be back!!

Great views, lovely home

Clearly this property has had recent upgrades, very appealing overall. The house was more spacious than it looked. The location could not be better, with great views of the ocean and extremely easy beach access. Our family had a great time, and we all want to return for another visit sometime.
