Upon checking in with front desk attendant, we didn’t understand a word she said.Her accent too strong. Cleanliness around pool area is not well maintained. Also broken tiles around pool. Only allowed 1 bottle of water per person when checking in. I asked at front desk and they said NO. Previous stayers must have set alarm as it woke up at midnight. Next day street cleaners were out in front and tow truck was removing vehicles. There was not enough signage provided and upon checking in they never informed us. Lack of communication between employees. Wheel chair accessibility is not good, curbs instead of being level. Food in all restaurants excellent but service at a snails pace. Employees are not hospitable or courteous. the towel ladies upon entering pool are the only friendly ones.

Love the pool! Reliveved my pain and improved my skin tone. Food was low quality for the price. Phone in my room didnt work so couldnt use it to order room service. I used my cell to call in my order but was told I couldnt have room service since it was busy. There was dust strings hanging from the ceiling in my room. The surroundings of the pool area really need an upgrade. Overall, I will return because of the healing water but my expectations have been adjusted.

We had a 3 night stay at Manitou Springs Resort. The Staff were excellent. Our Room was clean & non smoking which was perfect. The Spa Facilities were exactly what we were looking for with exceptional service & care. The Pool was the best. The Food/Service in the Dining Room was delicious. A great place to relax and take a break from Routine life. The Hotel is well staffed with pleasant and courteous employees. Note- if you looking to book a Spa treatment during your stay make sure to book appointment 2weeks in advance to get a slot.

The hotel and food was amazing! The pool area definitely needs an upgrade. Tiles broken concrete top flaking. Painting of hallways looks like a kid did it. Rooms were good. If you can get past these things then I recommend on staying there.
