This two-bedroom lower level condo in Waterville Valley is perfect for a family-friendly stay. Located next to the Town Square, it features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area. The condo has two bedrooms and 1.5 baths, providing ample space and convenience. Its prime location offers easy access to shops, restaurants, and recreational activities, making it an ideal home base for a relaxing getaway.

Within walking distance to the Town Square, you will find unique boutiques, a book & toy store, a country grocery store, restaurants and more.   Additional activities include mountain biking, hiking, swimming in Corcoran's Pond, and enjoying the year-round ice arena. The area also boasts a scenic golf course and clay tennis courts with lessons available. Families will love the quaint shops, skate park, local restaurants, and a variety of family-friendly activities. There's a free shuttle to Waterville Ski Area in winter, offering lessons, rentals, and great skiing. This condo is great for the entire family  for fun summer memories that you'll want to return!

Great spot, near by many hiking trails. Comfortable bed and apartment has dishes, pans, etc. Other amenities are pretty bare bones: No dish soap, extra trash bags, shower soaps, tissues etc.
