I had no prblem with the property. I do have a problem with your surveys I am Visually impaired and the font on the email is ridiculously small even with 375% magnification and with the magnifier the letters run together and are unreadable

Convenience was a plus and walking distance to all eateries. There was a lot of running water noise coming from somewhere and the ceiling fan and lights coming from streets. The blinds were not good for blocking disturbances from the road.

Do not stay here it’s horrendous

Pool has been shut down for months apparently and they are still advertising a pool. We booked a deluxe king room and they gave us one key- we went to the room and someone was already in it showering so they had already given our room to someone else. They then put us in a room with 2 queens that smelled horrible like grease and stench. We asked to move and all they did was give us a near empty bottle of air freshener. Horrified.

It was in the heart of waterton so thats good. I found hair on the bed linens underneath the comforter. Also the receptionist did not explain how expedia works correctly. She said expedia have not yet charged me for the room when they in fact did. So she said they are gonna charge my credit card making it seemed like i got double charged. I was not double charged but the way she explained it was wrong. I also heard her say the same thing to the other person in front of me. Just FYI. Expedia charges their customer on the time of booking. Whether the hotel got paid by expedia on the time of booking or not, the customers dont know that and we dont need to know. Thats between expedia and the hotel.

The room was not ready for checking at 4 PM. The key was handed over without checking the room. I had to wait one hour in the vehicle for them to clean as there was no other room available. No one has the courtesy to let us know that the room is ready—rude and arrogant staff. Bad sheets were used, and the carpet was filthy. Neither the cable nor the bedside lamps were working. No cable. It was just a one-night stay with a bad very bad experience I will never go back, nor advise others to book this hotel.

Lodge disappointment

This hotel needs some serious TLC. Perhaps because of Labor Day week-end, check in took 45 minutes. Most likely due to understaffing. With the $$$ for the room, definitely a disappointment. Would not stay again.
