My husband locked our door, I doubled checked that it was locked. We went for breakfast, went back to our room to find the door was opened. Consquently, we went to the front desk to be told that the staff would not open, no apology that an accident could have happened, no not at all, we just recived attitude. We locked the door, so I ask. Who opened it?
If we did not come back after breakfast our door would have been opening all day!
Then next is they do not clean your room or leave enough coffee more more than one day, when asked at the front desk, told " you should have read the paper I gave you"
English, is not our first language, could this person not have explained when we checked in that there is No room service unless requested by 10 am
Very poor service and who unlocked our door? Very disconcerting!
