Honestly super impressed with the staff and their willingness to help. The room was awesome but the people make the difference We had a few concerns during our stay, and they were met with immediate and friendly response. The breakfast was the best - I really enjoyed my time having breakfast - and that got us ready to explore Waterton during the day…and the kids hit the waterslide at days end! If I had 1 recommendation it would be to provide better bathroom lighting. My wife is quite discerning in this regard, and brings her own lighting for the bathrooms wherever we go…it’s too bright, and wrong angle and wrong colour. We will recommend Ramada Pincher Creek to friends and family, no problem! We truly loved our time there

Upon checking in, the front desk lady was extremely rude. No smile, not welcoming, when it came to payment, we wanted to pay cash. Instead of explaining their policy kindly, that cash is not excepted. She said if you don’t like it stay somewhere else. So we did just that, we will never go back. I wish I got the staffs name as she was not wearing a name tag. There was another family behind ours waiting and they couldn’t believe how miserable the staff was.

This property is looking a little worn out and needs some updating and general repairs. We stopped here as part of a road trip with visitors to show them Waterton but we would probably have been better served to just do a day trip from Calgary. Nothing so special but at least their bed sheets are clean and white. Note, the total and average room rate your credit card gets authorized for when you check in will be different from your Expedia booking confirmation. We asked about this when checking out but the front desk clerk said there are hidden fees that you won't see when you book on Expedia and that the price varies depending on the day of the week and the dollar exchange that day. We have never experienced this before, so we were surprised to see a price difference between the Expedia confirmation and the hotel receipt. Lesson learned, we won't book a Ramada stay through Expedia again, we don't like surprises.
