Overall I would give our stay a 3/5. We were asked to start a load of dishes and clean the bbq before we left, but there were not any dishwashing pods in our unit and the bbq brush didn’t have any bristles to clean with. We ended up borrowing a bbq brush from some friends to clean it. I had to communicate with the property manager by email, as the voicemail box was full throughout our stay to try and resolve the issue, which was a bit of an inconvenience while on vacation. The only other complaint I have was the hot tub was green and murky most of our stay and by the end was unusable. It was a holiday weekend and it had quite a bit of use, but I would have expected it to be checked daily due to the busy weekend. Other than that, the unit itself was beautiful.
