The house is warm, welcoming, clean and well stocked with essentials. The only thing we ran into was a non-operating dishwasher and this was discovered on Christmas eve so it was not serviceable during our stay.

This is a nice property with a great layout and very functional kitchen. The place could have been cleaner. It didn’t look like some of the carpets were vacuumed. My biggest issue was the air conditioning. Both days that we stayed, the temperature climbed to 80 degrees by 7pm. I spent several hours working with the property manager and two repairmen that came the first night and another hour the second night and gave up. When the temp outside cooled, so did the unit. This is probably ok in the winter, but I’d avoid in the summer.

Family went to St George for a wedding. This was minutes from most of the activities and shopping areas but was very quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle. Great hosts! Would definitely stay again!

This location is very nice…the only inconvenience is that they do not provide any garage door remote openers…so, if you want to park your car in the garage, you must get out, unlock the front door, go into the garage, push the button, then pull into the garage…and, repeat when you leave…every time….

Spring Break in South Utah

Our group was 8 people, four children and four adults. We stayed for six days for Spring Break. Everything was wonderful and as advertised. This property is clean and spacious, the kids swam in the community pool and enjoyed it, even though the weather was unseasonably cool. Driving to Zion or Kanab is less than an hour away and did so multiple days of our trip. We were happy to see a fully furnished outdoor patio area (it is not pictured on the property listing) including a gas grill. One thing to note, while the kitchen is well appointed, there is no barware in the home and alcohol is not readily available in this part of Utah (Google "State Run Liquor Stores"). If you plan, as an adult, to drink responsibly on your vacation prepare to work a little harder for that Coke & Rum than you would in neighboring Nevada or Arizona.

We had five adults for Christmas. Each person had thier own bedroom and bath. The heated pool and spa was great after a day of hiking in Zion.

Spacious and clean. Great property! There was plenty of room and the property was extremely clean. Just about everything we needed was provided for our week stay, including plenty of soap, shampoo, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Friends who stayed with us were extremely grateful to find a Keurig and K cups, as they had forgotten to purchase coffee. The pool and hot tub were great. The area seems to be newly developed with a hotel, gas station, couple new restaurants nearby. The location was perfect being near Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, and Zion national Park, which is a must see if you are in the area. Management was extremely responsive and we felt well taken care of. If we ever make it back to the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Well appointed and family friendly

My family stayed in this beautiful property over my kid's fall break from school. There was plenty of space for my husband to work remotely while the kids and I played games. The heated pool was a big plus as well. It was comfortable and driving to Zion was easy. Highly recommend!

Week Exploring Utah

Great home away from home for our 2 families! We explored Kolab, Zion, Pink Coral Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow and Bryce from this location. Loved coming back to less crowds, pool, ping pong and quiet dinners in or convenience and options of St George. Group enjoyed running and biking out the back door also. All in all a great experience and highly recommend!
