Great location!
River access. Simple cottage with a small deck, yet enjoy our huge common riverside grassed area and patio to watch the boats float by on the beautiful Nottawasaga river or simply walk 2 minutes across the bridge and you're easily in the Beach 1 area.

Sleeps up to 4 people. Double bed and single upper bunk in the bedroom and a double futon in the living room.
Full kitchen, A/C, WIFI, Flatscreen tv, Fire Stick streaming.
6 communal BBQs and communal fire pit. Space for (1) Car Only - no extras please.

Please note that this is not a party place. And with that, no visitors. Our preference is to groups, families, couples who can respect their fellow vacationers on the property.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a balcony or patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed and a coffee maker.
