Too many steps to get into flat specially for Seniors. It shd be mentioned that there are no lifts. Not easy access for Seniors with luggage. Otherwise ok

While the apartment itself is nice and the location is good, there are 68 steps and no elevator. No where in the property description is this mentioned. I am 81 years old. My daughter has an injured elbow. So it fell to my 5’1” granddaughter to lug three heavy suitcases up. When I spoke with the host about helping us get down at the end of our stay, he was no help at all. I am giving a rating of 2 stars instead of 1 only because the apartment itself was decent but I do not recommend this place unless there is at least one able bodied young male and you can manage all those steps. Don’t expect any help from the host.

Horrible communication with the host

This was the worst experience I ever had. We never got quick response from the host. We were left with no answers and the first thing what happen when we enter apartment ,we sit down on the bed and the bed collapse, from that moment we try to communicate with the host and with Verbo, and for four nights staying there we were Sleeping on the floor because nobody was able to help us. The host never ever give us a phone call or email or text message. The Verbo try to contact the hostess with no success. We finally agree to get 100 reward for our inconvenience, and if you choose to stay in this place be prepare that you need to buy yourself kitchen towels, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar everything not mentioning if you wanna do laundry you have to buy yourself a detergent. I never stay in a place where all this stuff was so minimum not existing. One more thing this apartment is on the third floor in the old building so you need to be prepared to carry your luggage to the third floor no elevator.

Great Location. Nice apartment.

My husband and I and our adult daughter stayed here for 2 nights. Check in was easy with clear instructions for the key box. Right in Old Town near restaurants and the square. Safe. Apt was clean and well equipped. It’s on the 3rd floor—60+ steps up, but that helped us walk off all the pierogis that we ate!
