Regret
The host's communication can be improved, one has to chase them to have all the directions to enter the apartment and the room. Plus, despite multiple attempts, no good answer was provided about the Wi-Fi network for which the shared password doesn't work.
The room's door and windows can barely get fully closed, which makes it very noisy.
