We stayed in Hotel Reytan with my Husband overnight recently. It is in a very good location in Mokotow district, and in very convenient distance to main attractions. Close to public transport. Very polite and helpful Staff in reception, but also in Restaurant. We had a double room on a 1st floor, quiet, modern and comfortable. It was equipped with comfortable and big double bed, 2 wardrobes (one of them had a cleaning shoe cloths, shoe brush and even sewing kit!), table and 2 armchairs, there was also flat screen tv, mini fridge and kettle with choice of coffee, tea and water. We had a bathroom with shower - spotless. There were Mini toilettries and hair dry to use too. We would recommend to book your room with breakfast. We bought it at the reception. It is a buffet style breakfast, delicious and a lot to choose from. Fresh bread, rolls, different types of cheese and meat, eggs, jams, yoghurts, cereals, croissants, lot of tasty salads, fresh fruits and veggies, tea, coffee and juices. Even a very fussy eater will find something ;) In overall, excellent value for money! I would say more then a 3 star hotel! We will definitely come back here when visiting Warsaw next time!
The hotel was chosen by its location (close to our company office) and I did not expect anything extra, just standard 3-star service. Its facade is not attractive but it is compensated with the service inside. I was quite surprised because the room was very trendy, seemed newly renovated, comfortable and well equipped (free high speed wifi, free mineral water, electric kettle with tea, soap, shampoo, etc). It was spotlessly clean and the mattress was comfy which made my stay really pleasant. I also have to mention the kind staff and the good breakfast with a great variety of hot and cold meals. My advice: try to avoid the 1st floor in the main building, close to the breakfast room as it can be noisy in the mornings from 6:00. Also if you are a solo traveller, you might receive a single room which is quite tight with a single bed alongside the wall (but can be enough for 1 person if you don't want to do excercises in the morning).
Nice hotel, friendly and helpful. Professional staff. Nice clean rooms with a good breakfast. Great location near tram line and good dining. Speak English and helpful with touring recommendations. Very reasonable rates.
In general it was a good stay - the breakfast was nice and the rooms contained everything that I needed (free wi-fi, desk, TV, etc.). Basically I have just one, but quite serious complaint, which did not make this stay a pleasant one. My room was on the same floor as where breakfast is served every morning (1st floor). These rooms have absolutely no noise cancellation whatsoever, so from before 6 AM in the morning I could not sleep because the doors were banging all the time. I gave a kind advice to the receptionist during checkout that something could be done about it, but I felt neglected. I do not really recall a word like sorry during this chat. My impression was that the room is as it is and you either accept it or you may consider another hotel next time. Not the kind of treatment I expect for 400 PLN a night.
Lovely hotel must not long since been renovated. Our room on the top floor very spacious with all mod cons.Very east to control heat in room. Housekeeping I would have to say was excellent a very good attention to detail. This Hotel is in a very good location for a city trip.5 tram stops from city center?central station & about 25 Minutes from Old City. Staff were very helpful.Breakfast very good.
We went to the hotel on a hot day, and we did not have air conditioning in our room but the hotel employee provided us with the same price for a better and air-conditioned room. The reception was friendly. The hotel has a private good parking space in the backyard, so the car was easily found in a place. (45zl) Location was good. Nearby there was a shopping center and Warsaw's best-rated restaurants where food was really good. Certainly we will come again. Great value for money. The rooms were also renovated just so the hotel looked quite new inside. Cleanliness was also 5/5.
The Reytan Hotel was selected via the Booking.com and TripAdvisor reviews. Besides, at the time of booking the price proposal was attractive. Positive: - Not far from the tram stop and 6-8 stops to the center - Good breakfasts, iron room, three conference halls. - Bottled water (2 bottles of 0.5l still water) free of charge - Kettle, TV in the room - Not far from the airport Negative: - No air conditioner - it was hot during our stay, and not very comfortable to spend the hot weather in a small room without any draft - Windows are made in the way it can be open from left to right, not at the top. It was a thunderstorm, and a heavy rain one day - so there was a lot of water on the window sill and on the floor. - The doors..... Oh my God, the doors! It was smth terrible!!! They are heavy. And needed to be adjusted in the way not to сlap! Usually people open a door wide and just go through without thinking. And the door slaps! In couple of rooms near ours a group of people lived. They came back in the evening and went to each other's rooms for the whole evening! Сlap! Сlap! Сlap! Clap! Clap! The management should either adjust the mechanism of each door so that it does not clap, or warn their guests to hold the door until it is locked. - One evening at 23.50 another group of people came back and they switched the music loud, they sang very loudly. I was awaken, and called to the Reception. Clerc on duty did not answer for some time, then picked up the phone. I explained the situation and asked him to do smth. He explained in return that this was a group of guests and they just arrived. In ten minutes I called again - the same answer. In another ten minutes I had to dress and go downstairs to ask for help or police or anything. The clerk on duty mumbled smth - it was clear he either did not know what to do or did not want to do anything. There was another person - unclear to me whether he worked there or he was a member of that group - it seemed he did smth. But the night was spoiled. - The hotel consists of two buildings looking into each other's windows. They are located so close to each other that you can easily see what goes on in the neighbour's room - There is smell of old building inside the room. It is not that pleasant as may seem. The photos at the site and in TripAdvisor reviews are exactly the room that we had. Definitely will never stay at this hotel in the future.
I got a single premium room at first floor - yard view. Room is recently renovated, fresh and clean. A bit small, but otherwise OK. Some side notes. Bed was small. Even for me with 1,76m (5.77ft) it was a bit too short. No dust bin in room, only in rest room. Not a big deal, but still not very comfortable. It could be nice to have some pen and paper as well. I didn't like a ceiling lamp - for me it was too bright. TV very small - looked like 21''. It's good to have a tea and water for free, electric socket location for tea pot was very difficult to access. Breakfast was really great! Lot of choices for everyone. Just be sure to get there as early as possible. Otherwise there are very big crowd from around 7:30 - 8:00 AM. Breakfast room space is very limited.
Staff very attentive to all our requests with good English language command. Great Breakfast with many choices. Good and quiet location. Easy access to the centre by tram. Stop within 200 metres. Easy access to the airport by bus line 167 and change to line 188 and vice versa (Check times and stops in Google maps) Many renowned restaurants nearby.
The hotel has excellent location, only 10 minutes to the centrum. The rooms are modern and well furnished. Their all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is reasonably priced and offers a huge variety of meals to choose from. Highly recommended.
