We visited this place for our last trip in Poland. Our first opinion when we entered the building was like “amazing”. The building is new and therefore it’s all shiny and new. The staff was very helpful and spoke very good English as well. Once in our room we noticed that it was very much the same room as in Kraków but this was very smaller. So that’s the first downside, the second was the toilet that’s been installed between some bathroom elements. So I needed to sit down I had issues... And okay the rubber for the door in the shower was missing, the technician would check this. To be one at it was a very good hotel except the toilet en the too little rooms. But don’t be distracted from this because the meals were very very good! This is for breakfast and dinner as well!
It was a nice hotel with a nice breakfast and the hotel staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and clean and the best thing at least for me is that they have a bathtub. Breakfast: **** Staff: **** Drinks: **** Location: ****
Spotlessly clean rooms, funky design, pleasant staff, good breakfast, great location. Overall a good place to stay, good value for money. Trams are right outside the property. Walkable distance to old town.
I stayed at the Campanile hotel over a long weekend while in Warsaw for the marathon. The hotel is extremely easy to get to from the airport and convenient to go anywhere anywhere around town. The S2 train from the airport stops at Warsaw-Ocheta station which is within a 5 minute walk to the hotel. There are trams also within a 5 minute walk which get you to Centrum in between 5-10 minutes. The Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station is about a 10 minute walk away. My room was very comfortable and had everything that I needed for my stay. Breakfast is optional but I chose not to eat at the hotel restaurants as there are restaurants and coffee shops all over Warsaw. There are also tea/coffee making facilities available in the rooms and convenience stores close by. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone visiting Warsaw over a weekend and just needs a comfortable, convenient place to stay.
Stayed in a twin, small but comfortable. No safe in our room, which is bothersome for some of my party, but I never take anything worth putting in a safe so I don’t care. Lots of very comfy common space (PlayStation 4 room!), charming and helpful staff, tasty breakfast with huge spread. Delightful.
I stayed in room 601 for 2 nights in Sept 2017. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable - I'm not a huge fan of the pillows, but Polish hotels are terrible with pillows and this place was better than most I've stayed in. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, although there are 2 problems: the first is that the toilet roll holders are too close to the toilet itself. Uncomfortably close. I suspect this is the same in all rooms. The other problem was the water - brown. Someone else has mentioned this, and that's why I'm stating my room number - perhaps it was the same room/same floor/same part of the building. Anyway, I was surprised. I had breakfast on both days and dinner on the 2nd evening. There was a decent choice for breakfast and the staff try to do a reasonable job of keeping everything topped up. For dinner I had the zurek (traditional sour soup), kotlet schabowy (breaded pork) and an Oreo cheesecake. They were all really tasty. One little point is that "kotlet schabowy" was translated as "pork chop" on the menu --- it's not. "Schab" is "pork chop". It's a common mistranslation. One point that another reviewer has made is that it can be quite noisy. On my first evening, there was some construction work going on somewhere outside that lasted until at least 1am, and I heard every pounding of the jackhammer. I'm obviously not complaining about there being construction, rather the sound insulation in the room. The room faces the street and outside there is a tram line as well as the main train route into the centre, and you can hear them. It's not terribly loud, but it is audible. A final point: the wifi signal was strong, stable and fast (download: 42 Mbps, upload 47 Mbps) Don't let the negative points put you off. I would happily stay there again. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were really friendly, and all in all, I had a good stay.
The hotel is not in the city center but it's well located next to a bus&tram station and within a 5 minute walk to a subway station. It takes around 15-20 minutes to reach downtown. Rooms have minimalist furnishing and are very clean. The restaurant and bar look well and the staff is friendly. It is a very good budget hotel.
Stayed there 4 days . Central location- good for traveling, less for traffic noise . The rooms are medium size and very clean . Service was kind and breakfast was good. Actually good value for money . The rooms at the side of the rail station are very noisy, it's better to avoid them
Stayed there just for one night. Let's start with the positive. Central location and underground parking. Good breakfrast and clean room. Also a bathtub in the room. The room was quite but maintenance is needed desperately, first of all the water was a light shade of brown. So not only undrinkable but also i would not use it even for washing.I was with a colleague who didn't had this problem. Also the door in the room was not closing automatically and thank god i noticed before sleeping.
A fabulous hotel in a fab location being only a short distance from all modes of transport. The hotel itself is modern and clean. Breakfast wasn't included within stay and was costly if wanted, however finding somewhere else that did breakfast was very challenging even Mcdonalds didn't serve breakfasts!!. Wifi included. Staff lovely and very helpful, reception manned 24hr.
