The hotel was advised to us by the meeting organization. In fact, it gave me and a lot of my friends a double feeling. Service was slow. Sometimes it was empty behind the bar and most of the mornings there was only one receptionist at the rush checking-out hour. Also, the lifts were slow, but the rooms were sufficiently equipped. Small desk and a bit plastic chest. Modern and not a lot of ornaments, but fine. The hotel offers Wi-Fi, but you need to go through a full list of acceptance clicks. It is stable and fast. There is a coffee maker in the room and they offer good cleaning service. The hotel is next to the railway and the trains are quite noisy, especially if you are staying on the lower levels. Breakfast was quite extensive but also here one needed to have patience for the coffee machine. Also, the restaurant was okay though simple. So the hotel is fine for business trips as it has direct link to rail and train t the airport, but it is not for tourists or those that are in a hurry or want real pampering and comfort.
Very clean, friendly mulitingual staff :-) Hotel is ideally located to frequent transport systems, and as well as the on site restaurant plently of other eating options are avaliable nearby. Highly recommend
Nice little hotel. Located 7 minutes walk from central station and zloty mall, clean, well maintained rooms, the staff was nice and happy to help, anyone who is looking for a reasonable hotel at a good price this could be the choice for him.
Enjoyed my stay even it was a short one, very clean room and hotel in general! Would recommend the hotel to friends and would happily stay again , also a good location for local transport and other amenities.
I was served by the bar tender/supervisor Adrian who was really helpful up sold me a special Polish soup when I just ordered a main and regularly checked in for drinks. I work in hospitality and these qualities you look for and rarely find. Then disaster a pint of beer all over my 3 month old Macbook the look of horror on his face !! I tried to contain my anger given the amazing hospitality I’d received and so appreciate !! Management took over pulling together a comprehensive report and detailed how the issue was going to be resolved and despite no laptop a satisfied guest given the circumstances. Just shows how important it is to manage negative experiences well because I’m sat at the bar the day after with Adrian joking and enjoying his hospitality !! Well Done Campanille Varsovie !!
Stayed in this hotel for one night after arriving at Modlin. The location is good, 10 min walk to central station. However old town is about 30 mins by tram or bus, so be aware of that. The room itself was tiny but had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the room and bathroom were clean. The shower was decent and had warm water and good pressure. The staff were all very pleasant and spoke English. Overall would recommend this hotel when in Warsaw.
We had recently stayed at Campanile Nantes and were surprised by the comfort and cleanliness. This Campanile in Warsaw was very very similar in terms of general design and comodities, rooms are confortable, clean and the price was ok. The location is a bit far from old town (about 4 km) but there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel entrance.
A real queen size bed instead of the double twin. It was a firm queen but was one piece. The breakfast had a good variety and was comfortable for seating. The hotel was a 5-7 min wall to the metro and the tram stop was directly out front. About 15 minutes from airport.
My general experience at Campanile was very positive and I would stay there again. The only thing I would like to be added is some extra towels. P.s the breakfast was AMAZING!!! Thanks for everything Campanile.
Hotel is located at strict city centre, few minutes by tram or bus from Warsaw Central station. It is located next to busy railway line although I didn't find it that much an issue. Breakfast was way to expensive for its quality. Choice was rather small
