"The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived before the check in time, and the staff did all the check in actions for us, let us use the bathroom, and park. They called us when the room was ready. They were absolutely kind and helpful with every interaction. The room was clean and we loved the view. The whole family loved our stay. The only minor issue was a slow, low flow toilet, but it was minor. The breakfast was great. It had options that worked for the gluten-free needs some of us have. They also had options that worked for my picky kid My kids requested that we come to this hotel again for all of our future stays in the area, so that's a HUGE deal. They don't usually do that. We will stay here again!"
