Difficult to find. Had to walk down stairs to get to room. You could walk AROUND the parking area if you were disabled to get to the cabin. Soda machine doesn’t take card or Apple Pay and the office doesn’t give change. Clean room. Nice rustic decor. Clean bathroom. Bed was good with plenty of pillows. Coffee maker in room with amenities, microwave, refrigerator. Good heater.

The staff is wonderful and very kind. We loved the room and the log furniture and the bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there our next trip to Warm Springs.

Room was poor, boarded over hot tub in the room that made the room smell musty, broken tub, fire alarm ripped off wall. No one to greet us. Registration clerk not 24:7. A note to renters not to contact them if we can’t figure out internet or if it’s not working. They only get involved for emergencies & I can’t imagine how long it would take to get help.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was super comfy, and we loved the rustic nature of the lodge. The views were great, and we enjoyed hanging out on the balcony with other couples that we were traveling with and watching deer. We were a little disappointed because the hot tub in our room was not available due to some plumbing issues, but I understand that these things happen. Overall a nice place and good value.
