Enjoy the two spacious balconies with views to the south on the landmark of Wangerooge, the Old Lighthouse - from 9 in the morning until sunset, the sun is shining here for you.
The very well equipped apartment offers you downstairs with 2 large sofas and the extendable dining table space for all. For cozy evenings you have a Smart TV in the living room and of course you receive everywhere free Wi-Fi.
In the cozy reading corner on the upper floor, you can chill in two comfortable wingback chairs overlooking the Wadden Sea.
Upstairs is the large master bedroom with double bed, TV and DVD player - and additional space for a cot. The other two bedrooms have a single bed and 2 single beds.
The 1.40 m wide bed in the lower bedroom is suitable for 1-2 persons. All beds have modern slatted frames and latex mattresses.
In the upper floor there is a bathroom with bathtub, in the lower floor is a shower room. Both bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with thermo coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven and dishwasher.
We have also thought of our little guests: You have a baby and highchair, a cot with extra mattress, Rausfallschutz, changing mat, child kick, toilet seat and an extensive games, book, radio play CD and DVD collection available.
The reachable for curious children's hands sockets are protected accordingly from hazards. On the balcony there is a big box with beach toys.
Washer and dryer are in the adjoining house (only for the guests of the house, for a fee). Here is also the cozy sauna.
All rooms are equipped with blackout curtains. Of course, there are modern photo-electronic smoke detectors in all rooms.

Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich, genügend Schlafplätze, alle bezogen und sauber. Im Doppelzimmer war die Matratze sehr hart und in zwei von den Zimmern mit Kuhle. Zu wenig Toilettenpapier, sehr schade. Für ältere Menschen ist die Wendeltreppe sehr unpassend. Ansonsten hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Prima Wohnung, ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Wir waren sehr gut zufrieden mit der Wohnung, hervorragend ausgestattet und Toplage! Lediglich die Kopfkissen und Bettdecken könnten mal erneuert werden. Einige der Kopfkissen sind nur noch "Knubbel", die Fasern völlig verklumpt sowie diverse Flecken in den Bettdecken. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung 1a!!!

Ein toller Strandurlaub
Wir haben in der schönen Maisonette einen wunderbaren Familienurlaub verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Maisonette ist groß, sehr schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Es ist auch für Kinder sehr gut geeignet. Es bietet einen hervorragenden Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Erlebnisse. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Nette Wohnung in sehr guter Lage
Insgesamt eine schöne Ferienwohnung in einer guten Lage nahe zum Bahnhof und zur Strandpromenade. Alles ist locker fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war super und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, nur ist es beengter als es die Bilder vermuten lassen. Es war schon eine Herausforderung, die Koffer eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe zu den Schlafzimmer hoch zu bekommen. Wenn man dann noch zwei Kleinkinder (1 und knapp 3) dabei hat, ist die Treppe auch nicht ungefährlich, da sie leider nicht gesichert ist. In der Wohnung ist eigentlich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, auch für die Kinder ist gesorgt (Hochstühle, Babybett, Rausfallschutz, Spiele, Bücher etc.)
Wir hätten uns für das Babybett allerdings eine bessere Matratze gewünscht. Leider haben wir auch für unseren Kinderwagen keine Abstellmöglichkeit gefunden und ihn deswegen jeden Tag 40 Stufen rauf und wieder runter geschleppt. Unser Fazit: für eine Familie ist die Wohnung an sich gut geeignet, die Kinder sollten aber nicht mehr zu klein sein. Wer noch auf einen Kinderwagen angewiesen ist und Krabbelkinder dabei hat, ist auf jeden Fall gefordert.

Leider nur eine Übernachtung
Wir waren mit einer Gruppe für 1 Nacht in der Wohnung, waren uns aber einig, diese super mit der Familie buchen zu können. Sehr hell und freundlich und mit Liebe eingerichtet.
