Gästebetreuung vor Ort. Austausch von Handtüchern (waren kaputt und/oder nicht sauber) war kein Problem. Es gab sogar noch ein Handtuch mehr und eine Tasche dazu. Es gab auch den Hinweis, dass noch Handtücher ausgetauscht werden können, wenn nötig. Sehr nett.

Man war ebenerdig untergebracht und meine Mutter konnte somit ihren E-Scooter optimal unterstellen..

Man war ebenerdig untergebracht und meine Mutter konnte somit ihren E-Scooter optimal unterstellen. Weniger schön ist, dass im Apt. keine Waschmaschine ist und bei Unterbringung von 2 Erwachsenen für den zweiten Erwachsenen nur das Etagenbett infrage kam.
