Our DHH has recently been rented out to holiday guests. The new building is at a distance of approx. 200m to the town center, 400m to the dike crown and then again approx. You stand 150m in the mudflat, provided it is low water, otherwise in the water :). The sandy beach in Schillig is about 2km away. The two bicycles that we have on site are not the subject of the rental property, shared? (clearly) -> if they are in a condition in which they are in a bad condition -> we do not check this .-) In the comfortably furnished house, it can be endured well even in bad weather. WLAN, DSL, 48 "TV.
The quiet but still quite central location (with an unobstructed view of the countryside) has consistently given positive feedback.

Von der Lage des Hauses, der Ausstattung sowie der Sauberkeit waren wir total begeistert. Auch die hochwertige Einrichtung hat uns gefallen. Für unsere Fahrräder war im sicheren Geräteschuppen Platz.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen schönen Urlaub.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus ist modern und stilvoll ausgestattet und hat alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Unsere beiden Kinder hatten jeweils ein eigenes Zimmer, was für sie sehr wichtig war. Ein Pluspunkt ist auch die Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, war Frau Book immer zur Stelle. Vielen Dank. Wenn es uns wieder einmal in diese Gegend verschlägt, werden wir dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Check in/out hat bestens geklappt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin/dem Hausmeister ist hervorragend. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist schön modern eingerichtet, alles wirkt sehr neu und sauber. Gute Hausgeräte, guter TV, guter WLAN Empfang im ganzen Haus. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Alles gut nur der Strand ist zu weit entfernt.

Es fehlte im 2.-Bett Zimmer ein Fliegengitter, so könnte man nachts richtig durchlüften. 🙂

Ostfriesland in Horumersiel in diesem Haus --- für uns perfekt!

Besonderer Pluspunkt ist hier die ruhige Lage im Ort und fast alles in fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichen zu können. Es fehlte an der Ausstattung eigentlich nichts, eine Sonnenliege vielleicht und bei Regenschauer eine Terassenüberdachung (trockene Terrassenmöbel). Dafür aber gibt es zwei gute Fahrräder. Wir verbrachten eine coole Woche hier!

Super Haus in Horumersiel

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsen und 2 kleinen Kindern (1 / 3 Jahre) für eine Woche da. Dem Haus fehlt es an nichts und sieht genau wie auf den Bildern aus und die Beschreibung trifft auch zu. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Geschirr heile und die Gläser nicht durch den Spülmaschine verblast. Für Kinder war im 1. OG ein Gitter an der Treppe, sodass keiner abhauen konnte ;) Die Terrasse hatte eine gute Größe und wäre auch mit mehren Erwachsenen groß genug. Leider fehlte bei dem Babybett die Matratze oder wir haben sie nicht gefunden. Da haben wir dann ein bisschen improvisiert. Das Haus können wir nur empfehlen. Im Ort war es ein bisschen Schade, dass die Hauptstraße direkt durch den Ort führt. Die Kinder konnte man leider nicht alleine laufen lassen, dass die sich ein bisschen bewegen konnten.

Schöne Doppelhaushälfte

Schöne gemütliches Haus, man ist schnell fußläufig im Ort. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Auto kann man die Gegend erkunden. Wir haben eine schöne kleine Auszeit genossen.

Haus in Top-Zustand

Das Ferienhaus war ein richtiger Glücksgriff. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Hochwertige Einrichtung vorgefunden. Alles, was im normalen Alltag so benötigt wird war vorhanden: Seife, Spülutensilien, Kochgeräte und Geschirr, etc. Die Umgebung war sehr schön, kurzer Weg zum Strand und gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank an die Vermieter.

Gerne wieder!

Gepflegtes Neubau-Objekt, welches gut ausgestattet ist. Die ruhige und zugleich zentrale Lage ist perfekt geeignet, um das Auto für den Urlaub vergessen zu machen. Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger aber zentralerer Lage

Wir waren als 5 Köpfige Familie in diesem sehr schönen Haus in Horumersiel. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße, aber Läden, Restaurants, etc. in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, mit dem Fahrrad natürlich entsprechend schneller. Zum Strandbad Horumersiel zu Fuß 10 Minuten, der Strand in Schillig ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Alles bestens: Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin, Schlüsselgabe etc. unkompliziert, so wie es sein soll. Vielen Dank!

Erholsame Woche in zentraler Lage

Ein neues, modernes Haus, hell und offen eingerichtet. Uns hat es ausstattungsmäßig an nix gefehlt. Eine Mappe oder ein Informationsblatt für Neuankömmlinge und Hausgäste wäre zu empfehlen. Der Garten ist schön und die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem sind fußläufig Geschäfte und Restaurants schnell erreichbar. Auch den Strand erreicht man gut und zügig zu Fuß. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und können das Haus ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Perfektes Domizil für ein äen Urlaub mit der Familie oder mit Freunden

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, auch mit Kindern super geeignet. Ein Treppenschutz ist oben angebracht. Ein Rausfallschutz und Babybett wurde uns zur Verfügung gestellt, allerdings war das Babybett so staubig/dreckig das wir es nicht nutzen konnten. Sonst ist das Haus sehr sauber und hat uns gut gefallen. Nur für den Preis pro Nacht, wäre es schön wenn man das Bett nicht selbst beziehen muss ;)

Für uns alles TOP!

TOP! Für uns 3 Personen war alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Kochequipment sollte allerdings erweitert werden. Was gefehlt hat war im Außenbereich eine Markise oder, wie bei den Nachbarn eine Terrassenüberdachung. Haus Check In/Out bei Schlüssel- über-abgabe wurde nicht durchgeführt. Eine gelungene Notlösung nach Stornierungen in Spanien, Frankreich, Holland

Sehr schöne , ruhig gelegene Doppelhaushälfte, gute Einrichtung, alles da zum Kochen, alles funktioniert, nette Terrasse, auf der man im Frühherbst bei untergehender Sonne den Aperitif trinken kann und wo kein Lärm stört , das Krähen des Hahnes um diese Zeit erheitert, sympathischerweise schwieg der Hahn morgens. Leselampen im Wohnzimmer wären schön, wir wollten nicht immer fernsehen trotz des ausgezeichneten großen TV. Wirklich ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus!!!

Sehr schönes Haus mit umfangreicher und wertiger Einrichtung.

Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut konzipiert, die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich und wertig. Großer Pluspunkt bei der sommerlichen Wärme, die Insektenschutznetze in den Fenstern des Obergeschosses. Als nördliches gelegenes Doppelhaus hat das Haus zudem den Vorteil, nicht komplett in der Sonne zu stehen. Die Lage ist auch super, man kommt zu Fuß gut ins Zentrum, oder zum Supermarkt und natürlich auch zum Meer. Der Sandstrand von Schillig ist auch gut mit dem Fahrrad innerhalb von 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben uns gut erholt und sagen Danke.

Tolle Unterkunft, der es an nichts fehlt!

Es ist für den Urlaub sehr entspannend, dass die Immobilie mit Blick auf Einkaufen, Essen gehen, Fahrradverleih etc. sehr zentral und dennoch sehr schön ruhig liegt.
