Die Größe und Ausstattungen ist gut, es war alles Sauber. Küche und Bad waren wirklich gut gereinigt.Was leider beim betreten der Wohnung sofort ins Auge fällt, ist der Wasserschaden an der Wand zum Badezimmer. Die Wand sowie Tapete sind stark beschädigt. Es fehlen teilweise Fliesen die als Fußleiste befestigt sind.Da das Bad recht neu renoviert erscheind, muss dies ein bereits seit langem bestehendes Problem sein.Der Flur benötigt dringend eine Renovierung.Im Wohnzimmer war das ausziehbare Sofa defekt. Die Sietzfläche war bereits bei Ankunft nicht richtig eingefahren, lies sich auch nicht bewegen. Somit das sitzen auf dem Sofa kaum möglich.Da es ein großes Gebeude mit vielen Wohnungen ist, ist die Abfallentsorgung nicht ausrechend gegeben. Wir wurden von überfüllten und stark riechenden Mülltonnen und im Blumentopf entsorgten Glasflaschen begrüßt .Würde ich für diesen preis nicht noch mal Buchen.
