This beautifully designed home boasts a spacious open-plan living area, complete with comfortable furnishings, high ceilings and large windows that offer stunning views of both the mountains and the lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for whipping up delicious meals to enjoy in the dining area or outdoors on the patio. You'll also find a barbecue on the patio, allowing you to enjoy the fresh mountain air while cooking up a storm.

When it's time to rest, the bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxurious linens and comfortable beds, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The master bedroom offers stunning views of the mountains.

In the morning, wake up to a stunning sunrise over the mountains and enjoy a cup of tea or coffee while taking in the panoramic views from the patio. If you're feeling adventurous, take a stroll around the picturesque neighbourhood, explore the nearby trails, or head down to the lake for a swim.

This stunning property has 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are 3 bedrooms in total:
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 King Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 King Single Beds. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
